Tracked shipping on orders under €70 is €6.00

Free tracked shipping on all orders over €70 in Ireland.

Deliveries within Ireland can take between 2 to 4 working days.

Deliveries outside of Ireland can take 7 to 12 working days.

International shipping rate: €17.00

Order Issues:
If you have any problems with your order, or your ordered hasn’t arrived after the estimated time please contact us so we can make it right.

Damages:
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at
oxmantownskincare@gmail.com.

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
